Rob started his journey back in 2005 working at small HVAC shop sweeping floors and loading trucks. From there his passion grew leading to SCTCC for a two year degree in HVAC. After getting out of school he was able to experience many different areas of HVAC. Starting off with service and installing, then crew lead. Eventually managing multiple crews both in residential and commercial new construction and service. But the drive never stopped and in May of 2025 the decision was made to start his own shop. Bringing 20 years of HVAC experience to Central MN, Massmann Home Solutions is your one stop HVAC company.
